Aventura Mall is the full-price, luxury-to-Zara mall of the Miami area: park free in the garage by the store you came for, eat at Treats Food Hall, and go on a weekday if you want the slide tower and the valet without a wait.
What Aventura Mall is
Aventura Mall is at 19501 Biscayne Boulevard in Aventura, the city at the north end of Miami-Dade between North Miami Beach and the Broward line. The mall describes about 300 retailers, five department stores including Nordstrom, Bloomingdale's and Macy's, and a luxury wing with Dior, Prada, Hermès, Gucci and Louis Vuitton. There is also a two-level Zara and an Eataly.
It is not an outlet mall. Prices are full retail, and the reason to come is range: high-end boutiques, the big department stores, Apple and Sephora under one roof, with art and food good enough to fill an afternoon. If you want discounts, Dolphin Mall and Sawgrass Mills are the outlet trips.
Mall hours are Monday to Saturday 10 am to 9:30 pm and Sunday 11 am to 8 pm. Restaurants and the AMC Aventura 24 cinema keep their own hours, and the mall says holiday hours vary.

The Brightline walk, honestly
Brightline's Aventura station sits on West Dixie Highway, on the other side of the main roads from the mall. The mall's own page describes it as just steps away, and in the holiday season it runs a shuttle every 30 minutes during mall hours.
Outside that season, plan for a walk or a short rideshare. Local reporting in 2025 described the walk as more than a mile while a pedestrian bridge to the mall was delayed, and we could not confirm on Brightline's or the mall's pages that a bridge is open now. Ask the mall concierge before you count on walking with shopping bags.
Art, the slide and things to do between stores
Arts Aventura Mall is a collection of more than 25 works shown around the property, and you can see it for free as you walk. The best known is the Aventura Slide Tower by Carsten Höller, about 93 feet tall, which is also a working slide. Its hours change by season, so check the mall's site the week you go. Other pieces include Gorillas in the Mist by the Haas Brothers and LOVE by Robert Indiana, and the mall publishes a Virtual ArtWalk.
With children, the Rainbow Valley playground and the koi pond are the easy stops, and the mall lists free Rainbow Valley Story Time sessions. The AMC Aventura 24 is the cinema.
