Amazónico Miami
A big-ticket Brickell restaurant, rooftop and lounge cooking Amazon-inspired Latin food and sushi, part of a London-born group.
Geprüft Oktober 2026
For birthdays, client dinners and dates where the room matters as much as the plate. Prices sit at the top of the $$$$ scale, and you're paying for the scene as much as the cooking.
The room and the rooftop
Amazónico runs as several spaces at 800 Brickell Ave: a main restaurant, a bar and lounge, and a rooftop with its own menu. The site also lists a space called Selva and private dining for events. It's a branch of a group with outposts in London, Dubai, Monte Carlo and Madrid, so expect a polished, designed production rather than a neighborhood spot. Music is part of the pitch here, with the site giving it a whole section. It pulls 4.6 from about 3,000 Google reviews, which is strong for a place this size and this expensive.
What to order
The menu splits into à la carte, sushi, desserts, cocktails and a wine list, with the Amazon region and the countries around it as the theme. Sushi gets its own menu, so it's worth ordering alongside the Latin dishes rather than treating as an afterthought. Cocktails are a real focus too, and the lounge is the move if you just want drinks before dinner elsewhere. When Miami Spice is running, there's a three-course menu at $65 per person, Sunday through Thursday, which is the cheapest way to try the place properly.
Hours and the late crowd
Doors open at 6 pm every day, for both the lounge and the restaurant. Sunday through Wednesday it closes at 11:30 pm; Thursday through Saturday it runs until 12:30 am, and those are the nights the room gets louder and more party than dinner. Weeknights suit a conversation better. Reservations open 30 days ahead, and for a Friday or Saturday table at a reasonable hour, booking early is the safer bet in Brickell.
