For Brickell groups and office lunches that want a proper sit-down pie with a real salad on the side. The trade-off: toppings and sides are priced one by one, so the bill climbs faster than the $24 base pie suggests.

The pie to order

The Signature Pie is the move: 16 inches, $24, homemade sauce and three cheeses (imported mozzarella di bufala, fresh mozzarella and 18-month aged parmigiano reggiano), finished with basil. Eating solo or grabbing lunch, the 12-inch personal pie runs $16. There's a sauceless white version of the big pie at $22. Toppings go a la carte, from $1 garlic up to $8 prosciutto, so a loaded pie adds up quickly. The kitchen pitches it as brick-oven thin crust, never frozen, no seed oils. A 4.8 from about 2,900 Google reviews suggests plenty of people buy it.

Beyond the crust

The baked specialties are how a group fills the table. Angus meatballs with fresh ricotta run $20, eight sweet hot wings with bleu cheese are $20, and chicken parm comes small at $19 or large at $34. The salads are more serious than a pizza place needs: watercress and pear with goat cheese for $15, bufala and heirloom tomato for $17, a kale Caesar for $16. Meatball sandwiches on toasted Crystal bread are $14, a decent Brickell lunch. Dessert goes big with a $30 Dubai chocolate pie layered with Nutella, pistachio tahini spread and kataifi.

Late on Brickell Avenue

Hours run 11:30 am to 11 pm Sunday through Wednesday and stretch to midnight Thursday through Saturday. That's late enough for a post-drinks pie, not a 2 am rescue. Google files it as a lounge and bar as well as a pizza spot, so evenings lean more night out than slice shop. Reservations go through Resy, worth doing for a group on a weekend. The site also lists a Power Lunch menu and catering for pickup and delivery, handy if you're feeding an office nearby. Price level sits at $$, though wine and extras push it higher.
