A ground-floor retail and business center at 1717 N Bayshore Dr, open weekdays only and run on office hours.

Geprüft Oktober 2026

Useful if you live nearby or have an errand or appointment with a business inside. It isn't a shopping destination, and since it closes at 6 pm and all weekend, it won't fit a Saturday plan.

What's actually here

Google files this as a business center, not a mall, and that's the right way to think about it. It's the commercial plaza at street level of 1717 N Bayshore Dr, suite 100, on the bayfront stretch north of downtown. Our sources don't list a confirmed set of tenants, so don't plan a browsing afternoon around it. Treat it as a place you go with a specific reason: a service, an appointment or a pickup. It holds a 4.4 from about 350 Google reviews, which suggests people mostly find what they came for.

Office hours, strictly

The plaza keeps a simple schedule: 9 am to 6 pm, Monday through Friday. It's closed Saturday and Sunday, which catches out anyone treating it like a regular retail strip. If your errand involves a specific business inside, that business may keep its own hours, so call ahead rather than assuming the plaza schedule covers it. Aim for midmorning or early afternoon. Showing up at 5:45 pm is a good way to find doors already locking.

Before heading over

Confirm the business you need is still a tenant. Without a working website or a published directory, a quick phone call to that business saves you the trip. Bring whatever paperwork or ID the appointment calls for. Bayshore Drive runs right along the water, so after your errand, a walk by the bay is an easy way to finish the trip. Just don't expect the plaza itself to be the reason you came.
