The Ritz-Carlton Coconut Grove, Miami
A 115-room Ritz-Carlton in Coconut Grove with balconies on every room, a garden restaurant, a pool deck and a live-music cocktail bar.
Geprüft Oktober 2026
For couples, wedding guests and anyone who wants a polished, quieter base in the Grove over a Brickell tower. The trade-off: $60 valet, no airport shuttle and no pets.
Balconies, all 115 of them
Every one of the 115 rooms and suites has a private balcony and floor-to-ceiling windows, which is the main argument for staying here over a Brickell high-rise. It's small by Ritz standards, and it carries a 2025 Forbes Four Star award and a 4.5 from about 1,300 Google reviews. Check-in is at 4 pm, check-out at 11 am, and you have to be 21 to check in. The property is smoke free and doesn't take pets, so the dog stays with a sitter. Turndown is nightly, Wi-Fi is free, and there's coffee and tea in the lobby.
Isabelle's, the Sundeck and the Commodore
There are three places to eat and drink, and you don't need a room for any of them. Isabelle's is the garden restaurant, with an indoor grill room, an outdoor terrace, steak, seafood and a brunch the hotel calls lavish. The Sundeck sits by the landscaped pool with shareable plates, salads, sandwiches and tropical cocktails, and cabanas can be reserved. The Commodore, named after Grove pioneer Ralph Middleton Munroe, is the classic cocktail bar, with live music and happy hour Monday through Friday. That bar is the easiest way to see the place. Hours aren't in our data, so check before you go.
Spa days and bay sails
The Boutique Spa and Salon does massage, personalized treatments and full salon services, and the fitness center is for hotel guests. The more unusual offer is Mariner's Reserve: a sail on Biscayne Bay, then dinner at Isabelle's built around whatever you caught. There's also a wellness package with ceremonial cacao and massage, if that's your thing. Expect weddings, since the hotel has a 5,200-square-foot ballroom and a 3,200-square-foot garden courtyard, so dressed-up crowds in the lobby are normal. The Grove's galleries, boutiques and restaurants are around you, and Brickell is minutes away by car.
