What to drink

The main list runs $17 to $19 a cocktail, and a lot of it is clarified and carbonated. Only in Dade pairs Brugal 1888 with guava and mascarpone foam. Hungry Eyes goes dessert-adjacent with Patron Reposado, plantain, banana and cold brew. Albino Gator is the savory pick: Ilegal Joven, watermelon, cilantro and jalapeño. The zero-proof section gets real effort too, with $15 drinks like Dama Verde, which uses honeydew and matcha. Beer is $7 to $9, Jai Alai included, and there's a house michelada for $12.

The early-hours deal
