Commercial Avenue and NW 12th Avenue are closed on event days. The south entries are only for drivers coming east on Commercial Boulevard.

How the passes work
Every lot is reserved and sold in advance through the parking.com link on the club's parking page. Your pass has to be the digital one with the QR code showing, and for the Yellow Lot it must be the yellow pass; the confirmation email is not accepted at the gate.
The lots are checked by license plate, and the club says cars without a valid pass are ticketed or towed. The club publishes no price on the page; you see it at checkout.
For first-team matches, the official lots opened three hours before kickoff and the stadium gates 90 minutes before. For an Inter Miami CF II match or another event, the times can differ, so check the event page.
Chase Stadium seating
Chase Stadium is compact. Ticketmaster's venue guide gives a full soccer capacity of 21,550 after an expansion in early 2024.
The North End is the supporters' section, and it is standing. The stadium also has private suites and club areas. Ticketmaster shows the seat map when you pick a match, which is the easiest way to see where your section sits.
Ticketmaster's guide also mentions rideshare zones near the main entrance and free shuttles from the Brightline Fort Lauderdale station on first-team match days. Those shuttles were tied to Inter Miami's home games, so confirm whether they run for your event.
