Good for a polished Italian meal in the Grove that still welcomes kids. The trade-off: $$$ prices plus an automatic 20% service charge, so the total lands higher than the menu suggests.

Who's behind it

Two Miami restaurant groups put their names on this one. Graspa Group runs Salumeria 104, so the Italian side has a track record. Ariete Hospitality, the Coconut Grove team behind Michelin-starred Ariete and Chug's Diner, brings the neighborhood roots. It's Ariete's first Italian restaurant and Graspa's first move into the Grove. Brothers Andrew and Michael Falsetto grew up eating at Graspa spots with their dad, which explains the pairing. The restaurant took over the old Eva space in CocoWalk and opened in late summer 2025, so it's still young. A 4.9 from about 990 Google reviews this early is a strong start.

The room and the check

White tablecloths, but kids are welcome: the owners pitch it as a family-friendly room, not a hushed one. Prices sit at the $$$ end, and the menu page flags a 20% service charge added automatically to every check. Read the bill before you tip on top, because that's the easy place to overpay. The website doesn't spell out dishes in plain text, so look at the current menu when you book if you have a specific craving. Gift cards are sold through the site, which makes this an easy present for anyone who lives in the Grove.

Lunch to late-ish

It opens at noon every day, which helps in a neighborhood where plenty of nicer rooms wait for dinner. It closes at 10 pm Sunday through Thursday and 11 pm on Friday and Saturday. That makes it a solid lunch after a walk around CocoWalk or an unhurried dinner that doesn't run past midnight. Reservations go through the website, and there's a private events option for birthdays, anniversaries or work dinners. Weekend nights at a place rated this high in a busy part of the Grove can fill up, so book ahead rather than gambling on a walk-in.
