Best for a date, a birthday or a weekday lunch with river views and passing yachts. Dinner runs $$$$, so the $25 lunch and sunset hour are the smart ways to try it.

The $25 lunch

Monday through Friday, 11:30 am to 3 pm, there's a three-course set lunch for $25: a starter like bruschetta or bolognese fritta, a salad, then gnocchi, chicken paillard or grilled salmon. Australian lamb is a $25 upcharge. It's per person and can't be shared, and it's only for parties of six or fewer; bigger groups order off the regular menu. It may not run on select holidays. For a $$$$ room with this view, it's the best deal on the menu.

Sunset hour in the lounge

From 3 to 6 pm on weekdays, the bar and lounge pour Elia signatures for $10: the Red Sicilian with tequila and blood orange, the passion fruit Bellini, a lychee martini, Aperol spritz. House spirits, beer and wine are $8. Bar bites run $5 to $10, from a prosciutto cotto toasty to truffle fries and beef tartare bites. The timing matters here: the restaurant faces west over the river, and the whole pitch is sunset over the water.

Weekends and dinner

Saturday and Sunday brunch goes from 11:30 am to 5 pm, last seating 4:45, with a 90-minute bottomless option covering spritzes, mimosas, Bloody Marys, wine and beer. The food leans heavy: lobster Benedict, steak and eggs with a 12-ounce NY strip, salmon shakshuka. At dinner, people order truffle fettuccine, lamb tagliatelle, spicy rigatoni and the wild boar meatball, plus steaks and branzino. It holds 4.8 from about 5,500 Google reviews, and it stays open until midnight Fridays and Saturdays, 11 pm otherwise.
