Revisado noviembre de 2026
For dancing to Cuban music in a small room with history. It is open only Friday and Saturday nights now, so plan around that.
Benny Moré's bolero
The club took its name from a Benny Moré bolero when it opened on Calle Ocho in 1999. Willy Chirino, Amaury Gutiérrez, Luis Bofill and the Spam Allstars all played here before it closed in 2019. New owners bought the name and reopened it in June 2024 after a renovation. At the reopening, the club partnered with Conecta Miami Arts to book live salsa, son and merengue, with resident DJ Mr. Pauer.
Weekend nights only
These days the doors open only on Friday and Saturday, from 8 pm to 2 am. On Fridays, Cocktails for Ladies runs from 8 to 10 pm, and a late-night happy hour starts at 10 pm on both nights and lasts until close. Price level is a single dollar sign on Google. It rates 4.2 from about 260 Google reviews.
The renovated room
At the 2024 reopening, the venue covered 4,000 square feet: a 65-seat main room with a new wooden stage and lighting, a bar, a 25-seat patio, and La Sala, a living-room style wine bar. The cocktail list then included a mamey mojito and an espresso martini served in a colada cup. Menus change, so ask what is pouring. Book through the reservations page for a table on band nights.
