Book it for a date or a special dinner if you like seasonal cooking and natural wine. It's $$$$, the menu keeps changing, and the wine list leans funky, so traditional drinkers should ask for help.

A menu that won't sit still

Hand-rolled pasta and bread baked every day anchor a menu that changes with the seasons, so there's no fixed signature dish to chase. Vegetables come from local farms and the meats are sourced with some care, which is the work behind the Michelin Green Star the restaurant earned in 2024 and again in 2025. That award is about sustainability rather than technique, but it tells you what the kitchen cares about. Expect $$$$ pricing and a room the restaurant itself calls intimate. Whatever menu you read online this week may not match what's on the table next month.

The wine list

Natural and biodynamic bottles make up the wine list, and it shifts as often as the food. That's great news if you like skin contact, a little funk and producers you've never heard of. If you only drink big, polished cabernet, ask the staff to steer you rather than ordering blind. There's also a wine shop, so a bottle you liked at dinner can go home with you. Weekend brunch is the lower-key way in: daylight, the same seasonal kitchen, and a glass of something orange without committing to a full evening.

Getting a table

Dinner runs Tuesday through Sunday from 5:30 pm, until 10 pm most nights and 11 pm on Friday and Saturday. Brunch is Saturday and Sunday from 11 am. Google lists 3 pm as the cutoff while the restaurant's own site says 3:30, so don't show up late and test it. Mondays are closed. Reserve ahead, since the room is small, and know that bigger groups go through separate large-party and private-event booking. It holds a 4.7 from about 570 Google reviews, which is a strong score for a place this pricey.
