Book it for a dressed-up birthday brunch or a weekday afternoon tea with friends. The trade-off is a strict house: Resy slots go fast, tables are timed, and the dress code is enforced.

Pancakes, then tea

Rose Petal Pancakes are the signature here, trademarked and on the homepage, so expect most tables to order them. The rest of the menu mixes breakfast and lunch classics with global flavors, plus separate coffee and cocktail menus. The other draw is afternoon tea, the English tradition the place leans into, and in Miami it's served any time the kitchen is open. Flag it in the notes when you book on Resy. The room is soft pastels, homely accents and a few luxurious touches, built for photos. It holds 4.4 from about 3,000 Google reviews, and prices sit at $$.

Getting a table

Reservations run only through Resy and drop 30 days out, every night at midnight. If your slot is gone, join the Notify Me list rather than calling. Walk-ins depend on availability, which on weekends means don't count on it. The Miami location takes up to 12 on one booking, and bigger groups have to email. You get a 10-minute grace period, then the table goes. Parties of up to four get 1 hour 30 minutes, five or more get two hours. Hours are 8 am to 3 pm on weekdays and until 4 pm on Saturday and Sunday.

The house rules

The dress code is called Smart Chic, and they mean it: no tank tops, no beachwear. It's a cashless house, cards and phone payments only. Planning a celebration? You can bring an outside cake, but there's a cake fee, and they ask you not to bring balloons or table decorations. The patio is uncovered, so outdoor tables can be canceled when the weather turns, which in Miami summer happens often. Only certified service animals are allowed inside, emotional support animals don't count. None of this is unusual for a place this popular, but read it before you promise anyone a party.
