Best for groups, game nights and late dinners that need to please everyone. It's a polished chain with a crowd-pleasing menu, not a place with a strong point of view.

The island bar and the patio

The big island bar is the center of the room, ringed by TVs, and a wrap-around patio faces out onto Mary Brickell Village. That layout tells you what Moxies does best: a game on, a round of cocktails, a table of friends who didn't want to argue about where to eat. The menu is globally inspired, which in practice means a wide spread built to cover a whole table rather than make a statement. It holds a 4.4 from about 2,200 Google reviews, solid for a chain branch.

Happy hour and half-price Wednesdays

Happy hour runs 3 to 6 pm, Monday through Friday, and it's the deal the place pushes hardest. Wednesday is the night to know: wine bottles are half price, and it's also the first of four nights open until 2 am, Wednesday through Saturday. Sunday through Tuesday it closes at midnight. Weekend brunch runs 11 am to 3 pm Saturday and Sunday, an easy stop before wandering the village or Brickell City Centre, a short walk away.

Booking a group

Groups are the house specialty. This branch pitches birthdays, bachelorette parties, corporate receptions and networking nights, with custom menus and private spaces handled by an events team. For holiday parties hosted between November 15, 2026 and January 31, 2027, events with a minimum spend of $2,500 earn a $250 dining credit for a later visit. Smaller tables can reserve online through OpenTable, where it was a 2024 Diners' Choice winner, or by phone.
