The Fillmore Miami Beach
A Live Nation concert hall inside the old Jackie Gleason Theater on Washington Avenue, with a GA pit and orchestra seats.
Revisado octubre de 2026
For anyone with tickets to a touring act, a Latin pop star or a holiday ballet in a real Art Deco theater. The trade-off: the GA pit fills fast, and parking takes some planning.
The lineup
The calendar runs wider than most rooms in town. This fall has Jack White for two nights in November, plus Aitana, Chino y Nacho and Trippie Redd. December swings to Willy Chirino's Christmas show and two Nutcracker performances. Spring brings Death Cab for Cutie, Pedro Capó and a Neil deGrasse Tyson talk. The building is the old Jackie Gleason Theater, an Art Deco hall where 1960s TV shows were taped, so it feels more like a theater than a club. Google gives it 4.5 from about 2,900 reviews. Some comedy dates carry age limits, like a 16+ show in January, so read the listing before you buy.
Pit or seats
General admission here means no assigned seats. It covers both the standing pit up front and seated areas behind it. Once the pit hits capacity, staff send everyone else to orchestra seats. That's fine if your feet hurt, but if you want to be close, the venue itself says to arrive early. The paid fix is the Stardust Lounge upgrade: early entry, a separate entrance, its own bar, private restrooms, appetizers and one drink. It makes the most sense on a sold-out GA night. It matters less when your ticket already has a seat number on it.
Parking and the box office
The theater sits right next to the Miami Beach Convention Center, at 1700 Washington Ave. Street parking nearby is limited. The easier play is the big municipal garage at 17th Street and Convention Center Drive, one block away. The box office keeps narrow hours: Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11 am to 6 pm. Those are the hours Google lists, and they aren't show times. On show days the box office opens two hours before doors and closes once the headliner goes on, so don't count on it for a last-minute fix after the opener.
