Built for birthday crews, restless kids on a rainy Saturday and adult groups who want to race karts with a drink after. The trade-off: everything is priced à la carte, and a full afternoon adds up fast.

The track

Go-karts are the main event. A single Pro race runs $29, three are $66 and five are $96. First-timers also pay $10 for a race license, which comes with a head sock and the mobile app. Helmet, head sock and neck brace are included. Super racing costs about the same per session but has its own requirements, so check those first. Kids get their own karts. Junior racing is for ages 5 to 9, under 110 pounds, at $17. Cadet racing covers ages 10 to 12, under 120 pounds and at least 54 inches tall, at $22. Measure the ten-year-old before you promise anything.

Adding up the bill

Every new customer pays a $5 card fee, and all sales are final, with no refunds. Listed activity prices include sales tax, but escape rooms and packages don't. The trampoline park is $20 an hour, plus $4 for the grip socks you're required to wear. On weekdays, unlimited jumping is $30. On weekends, two hours run $28. Laser tag is $15 a round, or $30 for a three-pack you can't share. Bowling, skating, VR, the ropes course and the arcade are all priced separately. Look at the weekday deal packages before you buy everything one activity at a time.

After dark

On Fridays and Saturdays the park stays open until 1 am, and the crowd changes once the kids head home. The Pit Bar is a full-liquor sports bar, and the Pit Stop Kitchen serves American food. The Green Hat is a speakeasy tucked inside Evolution Escape Rooms, and the door code changes every week, so get the current one before you go. From October 2 to November 1, Nightmare Village adds three haunted houses on Fridays, Saturdays and select nights. Tickets start at $40, it isn't recommended for kids under 13, and everyone signs a waiver.
