Saturday: Legion Park or the Coconut Grove organic market
Legion Park is the produce market. Urban Oasis Project lists it every Saturday from 9 am to 2 pm at Legion Park, 6601 Biscayne Boulevard, in the Upper East Side. Urban Oasis says SNAP benefits are doubled for Florida fruit and vegetables at its markets, and all of its markets accept SNAP and EBT. Come early: it is a morning market and closes at 2 pm.
The Coconut Grove Organic Farmers Market is the opposite kind of Saturday. Glaser Farms runs it at the corner of Grand Avenue and Margaret Street, listed at 3300 Grand Avenue. The county visitor bureau lists it weekly on Saturdays from 10 am to 6:30 pm through January 30, 2027; older listings give a 6 pm or 7 pm close, so treat late afternoon as the soft end. The pitch is organic fruit and vegetables, grains, seeds and raw vegan food, with rare fruit such as durian and jaboticaba, a salad bar, and stalls selling fermented foods, plants and crafts. It is a late-morning market: you can arrive at noon and still eat.
Sunday: Vizcaya Village, Pinecrest Gardens or Lincoln Road
The Vizcaya Village Farmers Market runs every Sunday from 9:30 am to 3:30 pm in Vizcaya Village, 3250 S Miami Avenue, and Vizcaya's own calendar lists it as free. Vizcaya Village is a separate site from the museum house, and the market listing carries no museum ticket. Urban Oasis Project, which sells produce there, listed shorter summer hours that ended in October, so the 3:30 pm close is the one to plan on now. Vizcaya also holds an evening Village Night Market; its calendar shows an after-hours village tour on Thursday, November 12, during the Night Market, so check the calendar for that evening's market hours.
Lincoln Road is the easiest market to stumble into. The City of Miami Beach lists it every Sunday from 9 am to 6 pm, rain or shine, with vendors along Lincoln Road between Meridian Avenue and Washington Avenue selling fruit, vegetables and cut flowers. It is free and in the middle of the shopping street, which also makes it the most crowded and the least farm-like of the Sunday choices.
Pinecrest Gardens
The farmers market sets up in the south parking lot of the village garden every Sunday. The garden's own events page lists the next date as November 1, 2026, and runs its listed dates into 2029, so it is a year-round fixture.
The hours are the one thing to double-check: the page's description says 9 am to 2 pm, while the individual calendar dates show 8:30 am to 1:30 pm. Either way, a free Vinyasa class sponsored by Baptist Health runs from 8:30 to 9:30 am. There is no market on January 24, 2027, because of the Art and Design Fair.
The seasonal markets: Coral Gables and Surfside
Two well-known markets are not running every week of the year. The Coral Gables Farmers Market sets up on Saturdays in front of City Hall at 405 Biltmore Way. The city said its 2026 season ran from Saturday, January 17, to March 28, 2026, with the final day listed from 8 am to 2 pm. The city had not posted 2027 dates when we checked in October 2026; the City of Coral Gables events calendar is where they will appear.
Surfside's weekend market sets up at the 96th Street beach entrance. The Town of Surfside listed the last season from October 4, 2025, to May 30, 2026, starting at 9:30 am, presented by the town's Resort Tax Board. We found no 2026 to 2027 season dates on the town's site, and the town sends people to the market's own social account for scheduling and weather updates, so check there before you drive up.
