The bottle list is the draw here. The chain says it runs one of the largest Spanish wine programs in the country, and this Wynwood branch pours from it: Rioja and Priorat reds, volcanic whites from the Canary Islands, Basque Txakoli, plus a run of South American bottles. The food is small plates rooted in Spain and the Mediterranean, seasonal and rotating, under Executive Chef David Briceno. Because the menu changes, there's no single dish to point you to. Order a few plates per person and let the wine set the pace. It's priced at $$, which on tapas means the bill climbs with every round.

Happy hour and half-off Sundays

Happy hour runs Monday to Thursday from 4 to 6 pm and Friday from 2 to 6 pm, with its own menu. Sunday is the better deal if you drink by the bottle: bottles are half off all day, noon to 11 pm. That's the night to try the Priorat you'd normally skip. Weekend brunch runs noon to 3 pm on Saturday and Sunday, so a Sunday brunch can roll straight into half-price bottles. Once a year the restaurant also hosts Spain: Uncorked, a ticketed tasting of 30 wines from the list served with seasonal paella and passed tapas.

Late on NW 25th

The hours suit the neighborhood. Weeknights it's open 4 pm to midnight. Friday opens at 2 pm and Saturday at noon, and both run until 2 am, so it works as a place to land late when you still want to sit down with real plates. Sunday wraps up earlier, at 11 pm. It holds a 4.7 from about 1,000 Google reviews, a solid score for one branch of a chain that stretches from Boston to Houston. Weekend nights in Wynwood get busy, so book a table rather than walking in and hoping.
