Paradox Museum is Wynwood's indoor play stop: rooms of optical illusions and installations made for photos, rated 4.8 by over 4,700 visitors, open from noon on weekdays and 10 am on weekends.

Why you go

Because it is fun, air-conditioned and different from the mural walk outside. Each room plays a trick on your eyes, and the photos are the souvenir. Kids and groups of friends get the most out of it.

When to go

Noon to 6 pm Monday to Thursday, until 7 pm Friday, 10 am to 8 pm Saturday and 10 am to 6 pm Sunday. A hot or rainy afternoon is the right time.

Know before you go

Ticketed; book on the website. It is at 2301 N Miami Avenue, at the east edge of Wynwood. Plan about an hour inside.
