River Landing Shops & Residences
A four-floor outdoor shopping center on the Miami River, with Hobby Lobby, casual dining, a promenade and a small marina.
Vérifié octobre 2026
Good for errands with a river view and an easy lunch, west of Downtown and Brickell. The trade-off: parking is free for two hours, then the meter climbs fast.
What's actually here
Hobby Lobby is the big name on the directory, alongside Claire's, Mid-River Market and a Häagen-Dazs, plus local shops and wellness studios. It's 346,000 square feet of retail spread over four floors, so it's more errand stop than destination mall. That's not a knock. The center is open 6 am to 11 pm every day, though individual stores and restaurants keep their own hours. Check the one you need before driving over. It holds 4.5 from about 700 Google reviews, which fits a place people use regularly and mostly like.
Lunch on the river
Elia, the Mediterranean restaurant, is where the evenings happen: the center lists weekly events there, along with happy hours and lunch and dinner specials. For something quicker, Carrot Express does the healthy bowls and Chick-fil-A does the rest. After eating, walk the riverside promenade. There's a marina with 10 boat slips, so some people arrive by water and dock for dinner. The center also runs outdoor fitness classes, live music and seasonal events, which are posted in the Happenings section of its site.
The garage math
The first two hours are free, and that's the window to plan around. Two to three hours costs $5, then $5 for each additional hour, rising to $35 for seven to eight hours, $50 for eight to nine and an $80 daily max. A lost ticket or no card is $50. Cash isn't accepted, so bring a card. The garage is ticketless, and the center asks you to register before your visit to get the two free hours. Elevators run to every level, including near the parking area.
