What to drink

Chef Justin Flit's pizzas are neo-Neapolitan, built on a dough of local flours that cold-ferments for 24 to 48 hours. Around them sit a raw bar, charcuterie and salads, which is exactly the snacking spread an aperitivo bar should have. Monday is the night to plan around: the ViceVersa Burger only appears then, from 5 pm until it sells out, so show up early if that's the whole point of your evening. Save room for the housemade gelato, spun daily, or a sorbet if you want something lighter after the amari.
