Nota della redazione
Brickell is the hardest part of Miami to put on one rate sheet. Most garages belong to office and condo towers that set and change their own prices, and Brickell City Centre's posted schedule did not come to us in a form clean enough to quote. So this guide tells you where to park and where to read the live price, and leaves out any number we could not check.
Brickell City Centre
Brickell City Centre, the shopping and dining complex run by Simon, has an underground garage. Its valet stand is at the entrance to that garage on SW 7th Street, and valet is also offered at several of the retail and dining entrances.
Simon posts the garage's hourly schedule on the Brickell City Centre page of simon.com; check it there before you go, since rates change. The center's phone number is (305) 332-3316.
The Metromover stops at Brickell City Centre (Eighth Street) station, 59 SE 8th St, in Miami-Dade's stop list. If you are staying in Brickell or downtown, that is the free way in.
Street parking: the apps and the signs
On-street parking in Brickell is run by the Miami Parking Authority, the City of Miami's parking agency. It takes payment through PayByPhone and ParkMobile, and the zone number is posted on signs along each block.
Enter the zone, and the app shows the rate and the time limit before you pay. City of Miami residents get a discounted rate through the same apps; visitors pay the standard rate. The City of Miami Commission has the final say on these rates, so treat any number you read online, including old news stories, as a guess until the app confirms it.
Read every sign on the pole, not just the first one.

Park downtown, ride into Brickell
If Brickell's garages are full or expensive on an event night, the Miami Parking Authority's downtown garages are a short Metromover ride north. They include College Station at 190 NE 3rd St and the Convention Center garage at 100 SE 2nd St. Its Park & Shop program offers three hours for a flat $1 with a purchase at participating downtown businesses.
The authority's site refused automated reading, so these details come from its pages as returned by search in October 2026. Check the garage rate at the gate.
