How eating on Key Biscayne works
Key Biscayne is a small island village with one main road, Crandon Boulevard, and two big parks at either end: Crandon Park in the north and Bill Baggs Cape Florida State Park at the southern tip. The restaurants fall into three groups. There is one restaurant on the water inside the state park, a cluster of neighborhood places in the shopping plazas along Crandon Boulevard, and the resort restaurants at the Ritz-Carlton on the ocean side.
The Rusty Pelican is technically on the causeway before you reach the island, on the Virginia Key side, but it is where most people mean when they say a Key Biscayne restaurant with a view. Every route in and out crosses the Rickenbacker toll plaza.

Bill Baggs Cape Florida State Park
Boater's Grill sits on No Name Harbor inside the park, serving Cuban plates alongside fresh local seafood: grilled fish, calamari and a cold beer. Its site says it is open seven days a week, until 8 pm Sunday to Wednesday and 10 pm Thursday to Saturday. Boaters can tie up and walk in.
To drive in you pay the park entry. Florida State Parks lists $8 per vehicle with two to eight people, $4 for a single-occupant vehicle and $2 for pedestrians and cyclists, with the park open from 8 am until sundown. That page refused our fetch; these figures are its text as returned by search.
Novecento and Fulano: the village grills
Novecento at 260 Crandon Blvd is the busiest dinner room in the village. Its site lists noon to 11 pm Sunday to Thursday and until midnight on Friday and Saturday. Happy hour runs Monday to Friday from 3 to 7 pm, Tuesday brings 50% off bottles of wine, and Thursday is happy hour all night. Some listings give a different street number; the restaurant's own page says 260.
Fulano, a few blocks away at 328 Crandon Blvd, calls itself Key Biscayne's neighborhood restaurant and cooks Argentine food. Its site only says it opens every day from 12 pm, so check closing time before a late dinner.
Both work as the end of a beach day at Crandon Park, which is at the north end of the same road.
Rusty Pelican: the view on the way in
The Rusty Pelican sits at 3201 Rickenbacker Causeway, looking back across the bay at the downtown and Brickell skyline. Its own site refused our fetch, so check opening hours and the weekend brunch on its booking page.
One date is confirmed: its Thanksgiving brunch is on Thursday, November 26, 2026, with reservations from 10 am, at $98 for adults and $35 for children, with bottomless mimosas $30 extra, per the Greater Miami visitor bureau.
