Ichimi: the ramen to plan around
Ichimi is the Miami ramen bar with the clearest current footprint: Coral Gables at 2330 Salzedo Street and Midtown at 118 Buena Vista Boulevard, both open noon to 10 pm every day, and a third in Kendall at 12310 SW 127th Avenue, open 11:30 am to 8:50 pm daily, which The Infatuation reported open in July 2026.
The broths are the draw. Miami's tourism board describes them as slow-simmered for 18 hours from chicken and pork bones, and the menu runs from tonkotsu with soy (the Soul ramen, $22.95 and up) to a black garlic Black Dragon ($21.95 and up), curry ramen, spicy miso and a seafood bowl. Dandan noodles are $22.95 and the dry chow ramen starts at $21.95. Prices with a plus sign go up with add-ons.
Sides are not cheap: gyoza are $15.95 for chicken, vegetable or pork and $17.95 for shrimp, and bao run $17.95 to $19.95. A plate of gyoza and two Ichimi ramen bowls come to $63.85 before add-ons, drinks, tax and tip. Reservations are on SevenRooms, which helps on weekend nights.
Talkin' Tacos Wynwood
Not a ramen bar, but its birria ramen, $15.99, is the bowl Miami eats after midnight: ramen noodles in the beef consommé the shop braises for its tacos, with onion and cilantro.
Wynwood is open to 4 am on Tuesday and Thursday to Saturday and to 2 am on the other nights. The Brickell shop at 97 SW 8th Street stays open to 5 am on those same four nights.
