For anyone who plans breakfast or lunch around good bread and serious coffee. The catch: it's closed Monday and Tuesday, shuts at 3:30 pm, and the croissants and pizza don't appear until mid-morning.

Iced teas come in peach, lime ginger and hibiscus. Oat milk adds $1.10, almond $1.20. The house syrups, vanilla bean and lavender, are $2.50 each, so a dressed-up latte creeps toward ten dollars. Brown sugar is the cheaper add at a dollar.

Wednesday to Sunday only

Monday and Tuesday it's closed, full stop. The other five days it runs 7:30 am to 3:30 pm, so this is a breakfast and lunch stop, not an afternoon hangout. The reputation holds up on paper: 4.7 from about 350 Google reviews, Best Bakery in Miami in the 2026 Miami New Times Best of Miami awards, and a 7.9 for the pizza on Dave Portnoy's One Bite. It sits at 4582 NE 2nd Ave in Buena Vista. If the pizza is the point, plan on arriving after 11:30 and leave yourself a few hours before closing.
