The head spa
The treatment that sets this place apart from the usual Gables massage room is the head spa, offered in three lengths: Express, Signature and Heavenly Signature. The site describes aromatherapy inhalations, a triple-shampoo ritual, halo rinsing and facial touches with Circadia products, aimed at scalp tension and circulation. You can tack on a 15-minute blowout for short hair or a 30-minute one for long hair, which matters if you're heading back to the office or out to dinner after. It's an unusual offering for the neighborhood, and it's the one the spa leans on hardest.
Copper bowls and six soaks
Foot massage here starts in a copper bowl with bubbles, botanicals and oils, and you pick from six soaks: Heavenly, Relaxation, Renew, Cleopatra, Sports Recovery or Wildflower. Each one includes extended massage and hot stones, per the menu. If feet aren't your thing, there are custom body massages at 60 or 90 minutes, covering Swedish through deep tissue, plus a 30-minute Heavenly Rest and a body frosting treatment. Add-ons like a 15-minute extra foot massage or a 10-minute scalp massage let you stretch a short visit without booking a full session.
Facials without the upsell
Facials come in 30, 60 and 90 minutes, with a separate men's menu at the same lengths and a 60-minute HydraFacial MD Platinum. The spa says every facial uses its full range of Babor and Circadia products with no upcharges inside your booked time. The real extras are listed separately: LED light therapy, a 24K gold mask, dermaplaning, microcurrent, gua sha and oxygen infusion, mostly 10 to 20 minutes each.
