Salumeria 104 - Midtown Miami
The original Midtown branch of a Northern Italian trattoria: handmade pasta, salumi boards, pinsa and $4 Aperol Spritzes.
Verificato ottobre 2026
Good for an easy, fairly priced Italian dinner near Wynwood with fresh pasta and a cheap spritz. The trade-off: it's a small chain now, and the kitchen closes by 11, so it's not your late stop.
The original
This is the first Salumeria 104. It opened in 2011 on NE 1st Ave in Midtown, started by chef Angelo Masarin with partners Graziano Sbroggio and Carlo Donadoni. Masarin trained in Milan and worked at Harry's Bar and La Locanda Cipriani before moving to Miami, and the cooking stays Northern Italian and rustic. There are four branches now, but this one sits closest to Wynwood and the Design District, so it's the easy pick before or after a gallery walk. It holds 4.8 from about 2,350 Google reviews, which is hard to keep up at this volume.
Pasta first, then salumi
The pasta is made by hand daily, and that's the section to build the meal around. The menu runs in a sensible order: a board from the salumeria counter, antipasti, pinsa, fresh pasta, meat and fish, sides, then dolci. Share a board and a pinsa for the table, then everyone gets their own pasta. Prices sit at $$, so a couple can do pasta and a glass each without wincing. The menu is updated daily, so check it before you set your heart on one dish.
Mondays and the $4 spritz
The Aperol Spritz is $4 all day, every day, a price you won't see often in Midtown. Mondays are the night to book: bottles of wine are half price all day. On weekdays from noon to 4 pm, the Pranzetto lunch gets you two courses for $26, or $29 with dessert, which is a fair deal for fresh pasta at lunch. Hours run noon to 10:30 pm Monday through Thursday, until 11 pm Friday and Saturday, and until 10 pm Sunday. Treat it as dinner, not a nightcap.
