For groups and birthday crews who want a few hours on the bay with posted prices and little fuss. The trade-off: it's not cheap, and the jet car is mostly a photo op at $350 an hour.

The yachts

Before you ride
Every rider signs a liability waiver on arrival, and they ask you to show up at least 15 minutes early to get it done. Hours are a little muddled: Google lists 10 am to 7 pm daily, opening at 9:30 am on Sundays, while their own site says 10 am to 6 pm every day, weather permitting. Plan around the earlier close.
