Bayfront Park is downtown's front lawn on the bay: free, open 7 am to 11 pm daily, with the fountain, the amphitheater and a long walk along Biscayne Bay, rated 4.7 by over 21,000 visitors.

Because it is the easiest green space in downtown and it sits right on the water. Walk the bayfront, sit by the fountain, and watch the boats and cruise ships. Concerts, festivals and New Year's Eve happen here, so check the calendar.
When to go
Open 7 am to 11 pm every day. Morning and sunset are the best light and the coolest temperatures. On event days parts of the park close to ticket holders.

Free to enter. It is at 301 Biscayne Boulevard, next to Bayside Marketplace. The Metromover has stops along the park, and the Bayside garage is the parking.
