Good for a polished business lunch, a date or an after-work spritz in Brickell. It's $$$ and closes by 11 pm, so it's a dinner place, not a late-night one.

The Tuscan pitch

The name is pronounced fe-LEE-che and means happy in Italian, which tells you the pitch: a family-style take on Tuscan-inspired cooking from a group with about a dozen rooms around New York, plus one in West Palm Beach. This one, in Suite 110 at 1450 Brickell Ave, is billed as the flagship. Manuela Calabrese is the general manager and Luigi Bailon is the executive chef. It's $$$, so plan on a proper meal rather than a quick bite. The 4.7 from about 440 Google reviews is a solid sign. Check the online menu for specific dishes before you go.

Happy hour and lunch

Happy hour runs Monday to Friday from 4 to 7 pm, which lines up neatly with the end of the Brickell workday. The kitchen opens at 11:30 am on weekdays, so it works as a business lunch spot too. There's a wine bar side if you'd rather sit with a glass than order a full meal. Dinner wraps at 10:30 pm Monday through Thursday, 11 pm on Friday and Saturday, and 10 pm on Sunday. Despite the cocktail list, this isn't a late-night stop. Weekends start at noon, so don't count on an early meal.

Booking a table

Reservations go through Resy, and the online system tops out at six guests. For seven or more, call the restaurant directly. Private dining and events are handled separately through the group, so ask early if you're planning a birthday or work dinner. Valet parking is available, which saves you circling Brickell Avenue. Takeout and delivery are offered too, if you want the food without the dining room. With a rating this strong and a modest number of reviews, booking ahead on Friday and Saturday is the safer move.
