Why you go

Because Wynwood is mostly bars and counters and this is a real restaurant. The kitchen leans Nikkei, Peru by way of Japan, so the tiradito and the ceviche a la brasa are the plates to build around, with the pork belly tapas and a whole branzino for the table. The pisco sours and the chilcano are made properly. Four years in, it has the regulars to show for it.
