Getting on the water

Take the early slot

There's no evening session, so sunset paddles aren't an option here. Plan a morning or midday trip, bring water, sunscreen and clothes you don't mind soaking, and keep your phone in a dry bag or leave it in the car.

The other half of the name is the trails. North Point Park sits on the north end of Virginia Key, so you can pair time on the water with a walk on land without moving the car.
