The Tank Brewing Co.
A family-owned brewery in a 25,000-square-foot Airport West warehouse, with 18 taps and a full gastropub kitchen with a Latin lean.
Checado em novembro de 2026
For beer drinkers and groups who want room, fresh pours and real food under one roof. The trade-off is the location: an industrial block near the airport, so this is a destination, not a stroll-by.
What to pour first
La Playita Pilsner, at 5.1%, is the beer most of the staff name as their favorite on the brewery's own team page, and that's a decent hint. The core lineup is short: that pilsner, the Freedom Tower American Amber Ale at 5.3% and the Shark Valley IPA at 6.8%. Beyond those, the taproom runs 18 taps, and some are poured only here, so ask what's taproom-only before ordering something you can find in stores. Padron Lager shows up on the staff picks too. Shark Valley comes with a small bonus: $1 from every case sold goes to Everglades conservation programs.
A warehouse with a kitchen
The Tank works out of a 25,000-square-foot warehouse in Airport West, an industrial stretch near Miami International Airport, and it doesn't pretend otherwise. That size is the point for groups: room to spread out, plus a private events side for birthdays or office nights. There's a full kitchen on site serving gastropub food with a light Latin lean, so you can make dinner of it. It's family owned, started by home brewers and a cigar industry veteran. It holds a 4.7 from about 1,100 Google reviews, a strong showing for a place this far from the usual brewery circuit.
Planning the night
Mondays are closed. Tuesday through Thursday it runs 4 to 10 pm, Friday goes from 4 pm to midnight, Saturday opens at noon and stays open until midnight, and Sunday runs noon to 10 pm. Weekend afternoons are the easy window if you want lunch and a few pours in daylight. The site takes table reservations, which is worth doing on Friday and Saturday nights or with a big group. Regulars can join Mug Masters, the house mug club, which promises bigger pours and member perks. Being out by the airport, plan your ride home before the second round.
