True Baristas Coffee
A second-floor cafe at Brickell Arch pouring single-origin Panamanian coffee, with brunch, sandwiches and a vintage truck outside.
Checado em outubro de 2026
Best for Brickell office workers and anyone who likes a sweet signature latte with real breakfast behind it. The trade-off: it's tucked upstairs, closes mid-afternoon, and $7 lattes add up fast.
Finding the mezzanine
The cafe is in Suite 160 on the second-floor mezzanine of the Brickell Arch building at 1395 Brickell Avenue, and it's easy to walk right past. From the street, take the escalator up and keep walking straight to the end. Outside at the same address sits Frank, the vintage coffee truck, a nod to the Citroën trucks the brand brought to Brickell in 2020. The truck and the indoor cafe keep separate hours, so one being open doesn't mean the other is. Upstairs is the one with seats and the full kitchen, and it's the better pick if you plan to stay.
What to order
Start with the Cinnamon Toast Latte, the drink the cafe says everyone keeps asking for: double espresso, oat milk and a house cinnamon sugar recipe, $7. The Cuban Oat Milk Latte, also $7, adds raw sugar and Demetrio's secret powder, named for Café Demetrio, the family's original Coral Gables spot. The True Tiramisu Latte tops the list at $8. Under all the sweetness is single-origin Caturra from the Boquete highlands in Panama, roasted just for this place. Prefer it plain? The espresso classics are there, along with matcha, chai, frappés, smoothies and cold-pressed juices.
Breakfast into lunch
Mornings bring toasts, Benedicts and breakfast sandwiches. By midday the menu leans on signature sandwiches, salads and bowls for the office crowd, with empanadas and sweets from the bakery side. Google lists it at a single dollar sign, though the lattes alone run $7 to $8. It holds 4.5 from about 500 Google reviews. Hours skew early: 7:30 am to 4:30 pm on weekdays, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm on Sunday, and Saturday closes first at 3 pm. A lazy late Saturday brunch doesn't work here, so aim for the morning.
