For boaters who want a downtown Miami slip with groceries in walking distance and a short run to the ocean. The trade-off: some nights bring party noise on the docks, big-boat wakes rock you, and the owners' renovation plans are still described as plans.

The slips

There are 222 wet slips here, built for vessels up to 130 feet with a max draft of 10 feet, so most yachts that come into Biscayne Bay will fit. You can dock long-term or short-term. Fuel, water and a ship store are on site. Longtime locals may still call it Sea Isle Marina, its old name, before Integra Marinas bought it in 2021. The office runs 8 am to 5:30 pm every day, so plan your arrival inside those hours if you want someone to walk you in. Rates aren't posted, but one guest review calls them very competitive for the area.

Life on the dock

Guest reviews keep landing on the staff: dockhands who keep their promises, a dockmaster who remembered a captain's name two days after check-in, an office that went out of its way to sort out a dinghy problem. That's a big part of the 4.6 from about 690 Google reviews. Ashore, a Publix is about a five-minute walk, restaurants and a rooftop bar are nearby, and Miami Beach is roughly five minutes by car. The honest complaints are noise from partiers on the dock and occasional rocking from large boat wakes. Pick a slip expecting a city marina, not a quiet cove.

Boat show season

This is the home of the Miami International Boat Show, which the marina says draws nearly 100,000 people a year. If you're booking a slip around show time, expect the place to be a very different scene from a normal week, and ask the office early what that means for your stay. The owners have laid out plans to renovate the whole marina, including lift slips, new floating docks and a new fueling system. Treat those as upgrades announced, not finished, and confirm what's actually in place before you count on a lift slip.
