Coral Gables is a dinner town that has a few good bars, not a bar town. Most of them sit within a short walk of each other around Giralda Avenue and Miracle Mile, so park once and walk. Two warnings from checking the listings: hours change often here, so we give only what the bars publish themselves, and the free trolley stops at 10 pm and does not run on Sundays, so plan the ride home.

Titanic's site does not say which days its 4 to 7 pm happy hour runs. The Biltmore Bar's page lists live music Thursday to Saturday in one place and Friday and Saturday from 7 to 11 pm in another.

Giralda Avenue: the dive and the rooftop
The Bar at 172 Giralda Avenue has been pouring beer and whisky shots since 1946. It is no-frills, with outdoor tables on the pedestrian block, basic food where the wings are the pick, and a crowd that turns to dancing on Thursday and Saturday nights. Thursday is ladies' night. It does not publish hours online, so if you are going late, call first.
Half a block away, Cebada Rooftop at 124 Giralda Avenue is billed as the Gables' original rooftop. It reopened in early 2026 after about four months closed for elevator problems, with Bar Bella, a lounge for more traditional cocktails, added indoors. The menu leans Spanish: oysters, crudos, pinchos and tapas. Third-party listings disagree on its days, so check its own channels before you go.
Miracle Mile and the hotel bar
Copper 29 at 206 Miracle Mile opened in 2016 as one of the area's first speakeasy-style lounges, and the city proclaimed May 29, 2026, Copper 29 Bar Day for its tenth anniversary. Expect DJs, a theatrical crowd on weekends, and bar food such as sliders and nachos. Happy hour times differ across listings, so ask the bar.
The Biltmore Bar, inside the hotel at 1200 Anastasia Avenue, is the dressed-up choice. It opens Wednesday and Thursday from 4 pm to midnight and Friday and Saturday until 1 am, with food until 11 pm. Its Signature Hour happy hour runs Wednesday to Friday, 4 to 6 pm. The hotel notes that hours, prices and menus can change.
