How these shuttles actually work
The Sonesta is the clearest about its terms. The cruise port shuttle is complimentary for guests who book the Stay & Sail cruise package, extra guests pay $15 each, and there is no fixed timetable: you contact the front desk before or when you arrive and they book you on the vendor's run. The free shuttle between MIA and the hotel runs 24 hours a day and also serves the Sonesta Miami Airport next door.
YOTEL Miami's Stay & Cruise package includes a one-way drop-off at the Port of Miami, with four departure times to choose from, booked with the promo code CRUISE. It is a drop-off only: the hotel does not collect you when the ship returns. YOTEL has no parking of its own and points drivers to Bayfront Parking at 255 NE 1st St, from $35 plus tax.
YVE Hotel Miami lists a room offer called Transfer to Port of Miami that includes a shuttle from the hotel to the port. The page gives no price or times, so call the 24-hour reservations line before you book.
Hilton Miami Airport Blue Lagoon lists a Cruise Port Shuttle among its amenities without a price. Its Park, Stay & Go offer pairs a 1-night stay with parking for up to 7 nights and shuttle service to select airports and cruise ports. Self-parking otherwise costs $38 a day.

Port garages are staffed 6 am to 5 pm on cruise days and do not take debit cards. Hotel package prices change by date, so compare the package rate with a normal room plus port parking for your exact nights.

Other hotels you will see on lists
Greater Miami's tourism board lists a port shuttle at the Hampton Inn & Suites Miami/Brickell-Downtown and a cruise package with shuttle vouchers at Aloft Miami Brickell. Neither shows up on the hotel's own page we could read, so treat them as leads and ask the hotel directly.
If your hotel has no shuttle, the port is still easy from downtown. Taxis wait at every terminal on cruise days, all major rideshare apps serve the port, and PortMiami suggests the free City of Miami Coral Way Trolley from the Freedom Tower Metromover station across the bridge.
