Good for a full spa afternoon on Collins Avenue, especially as a hotel guest. The trade-off: no treatment prices online, and the gym is for guests and members only.
What's on the menu
The signature massage is the Ocean Dreams, and the body treatments lean on seaweed-infused wraps. Product lines include Repechage, OSEA, Monika Heiligmann, Privai and Lost Range. There are 16 treatment rooms, one of them a dedicated couple's suite. The men's and women's locker rooms each have their own whirlpool and steam room, and a co-ed relaxation lounge lets you wait together. Treatment prices aren't posted, so you'll have to call or email for them. It holds a 4.7 from about 220 Google reviews, a small sample but a consistent one.
The age rules
The spa and its facilities are 18 and up, and the fitness center is adults-only too. The nail and hair salon is the exception: guests 12 and older can use it, and there's a separate younger-set menu so kids can tag along with parents. That's the one place the site lists actual prices: $20 for a mani, $40 for a pedi, $70 for a cut with blowout, $35 for a younger men's cut and $65 for one or two French braids. Handy if you're juggling a family and still want an hour to yourself.
The gym and the hours
The fitness center sits on the Spa Level of the St. Moritz Tower and runs 6 am to 7 pm daily. It's open to hotel guests and members, with Technogym treadmills, ellipticals and bikes, a free-weight area with kettlebells, a stretching corner, towels and free headphones. Spa and salon hours are less clear: one part of the site says 10 am to 6 pm every day, another says until 7 pm on Fridays and Saturdays. Confirm before booking a late slot.
