Bayside Marketplace parking: the garage, event nights and the free ways in
Where to park for Bayside Marketplace, why event nights change everything, and the free Metromover and trolley routes that skip the garage.
En bref
- Where to park: The Bayside Parking Garage, right next to the marketplace.
- What it costs: Not published by Bayside; event-night rates vary, so call ahead.
- Heat game or concert: Book ahead; lots beside Kaseya Center are permanently gone.
- Free way in: Metromover Inner Loop to College/Bayside, then one block east.
- Mall hours: Mon to Thu 10 am to 10 pm, Fri and Sat to 11 pm, Sun 11 am to 9 pm.
Park in the Bayside Parking Garage next door on a quiet day, but on a Kaseya Center event night leave the car in Brickell or downtown and take the free Metromover to College/Bayside, because event rates and traffic both climb.
How to get to Bayside, by plan
| Shopping or dinner on a normal day | The Bayside Parking Garage, adjacent to the marketplace; ask the parking office for today's rate |
| A Heat game or concert next door | Reserve parking before you leave; Kaseya Center itself says to book ahead for every event |
| Staying downtown or in Brickell | Leave the car: the Metromover is free and stops at College/Bayside |
| Coming from Miami Beach | Bayside's own directions suggest the S or C bus |
| Off a cruise with bags | Free Coral Way Trolley from PortMiami to the Biscayne Blvd stop; Hold My Luggage inside Bayside stores bags |
| Arriving by Brightline | MiamiCentral, 600 NW 1st Ave, is within walking distance |
| Wheelchair user | Two van-accessible spaces on the south service road in front of the property |
What the Bayside garage costs
Bayside Marketplace, at 401 Biscayne Blvd, says paid parking is available for shoppers and for guests of Kaseya Center events in the Bayside Parking Garage next to the property. It does not publish an hourly rate on its visit page, and it says event rates vary and to call ahead.
Bayside lists its parking contact, Hader Baez of Platinum Parking, at 786-980-1284, and offers monthly parking at an unpublished rate. Booking apps show garages around 401 Biscayne Blvd with their own prices, but those are resellers' prices, not Bayside's.
Valet appears only during some downtown special events, according to Bayside. On a normal afternoon, expect to self-park.
Event nights at Kaseya Center
Kaseya Center, the arena at 601 Biscayne Blvd, is a short walk north of Bayside. Its own directions page says a number of lots directly next to the arena have been permanently eliminated, and it advises fans to look at flat-rate lots within walking distance instead.
For you that means two things. On a game or concert night the Bayside garage fills with event traffic and charges event rates, and Biscayne Boulevard slows down before and after the show. If you only want dinner at Bayside, pick a night with nothing on at the arena, or come by Metromover.
Rideshare for the arena drops off at Bayshore Drive and HEAT Blvd, at Gate 6. For Bayside itself, rideshare and taxis pick up and drop off at the front of the property.
Getting to Bayside without parking
| Option | How it works | Cost |
|---|---|---|
| Metromover | Inner Loop to College/Bayside, then walk one block east; from Metrorail, change at Government Center | Free; runs 5:30 am to 10 pm daily |
| Coral Way Trolley | From PortMiami to the Biscayne Blvd stop | Free |
| Brightline | MiamiCentral, 600 NW 1st Ave, entrance at NW 1st Ave and NW 6th St, then a walk | Train fare; station parking from $10 a day booked ahead |
| Bus from Miami Beach | Routes S or C, as Bayside's directions suggest | Standard Metrobus fare |
| Rideshare or taxi | Pickup and drop-off at the front of the property | Set by the app or meter |
The Metromover comes every 90 seconds at rush hour and every 3 minutes off-peak. Brightline lists walk-up parking at its stations from $20 a day.

City garages downtown and the $1 validation
The Miami Parking Authority runs garages a few blocks from Bayside, including College Station at 190 NE 3rd St, Courthouse Center at 40 NW 3rd St and the Convention Center garage at 100 SE 2nd St. Its Park & Shop program gives up to three hours for a flat $1 when you buy something at a participating downtown business.
We could not confirm which Bayside shops take part, so ask before you count on it. The authority's site refused automated reading; these details come from its pages as returned by search in October 2026.
Island Queen Cruises & Tours
Bayside's largest sightseeing boat operator, best known for the Millionaire's Row cruise past Star Island. Its boats leave from the marketplace itself.
A boat tour adds a couple of hours to your garage time, which is one more reason to arrive by Metromover. Check departure times and prices on its own site before you go.
