En bref

  • Under the arena: The P2 garage: a limited number of digital passes per game, sold online.
  • Nearby garages: Bayside Marketplace and World Center; Heat passes load in the HEAT app.
  • Free option: Metromover to Park West, one block west of the arena.
  • Rideshare: Corner of Bayshore Drive and HEAT Blvd; enter at Gate 6.
  • Bags: Nothing over 10 x 6 x 2 inches; lockers on the South Plaza from $10.

Do not count on parking next to Kaseya Center: the adjacent lots are gone and P2 passes are few, so either buy a garage pass in advance or ride the free Metromover to Park West, a block from the doors.

The free way in: Metromover

Metromover is free for everyone. Its Park West station, 800 NE 2nd Avenue, is one block west of the arena, according to the Heat.

From Metrorail, ride to Government Center, change to the Metromover Omni Loop and get off at Park West. Walk east to Biscayne Boulevard and cross to the arena. The arena says Metrorail runs from 5 am to midnight every day and may stay open until 1 am after special events, so check before a late show.

The free Miami Trolley also stops near the arena every 15 to 20 minutes, and the Heat's transportation page lists a Gameday Express from Broward County as an alternative to driving.

Rideshare, taxis and drop-off

Rideshare drop-off is at the corner of Bayshore Drive and HEAT Boulevard; use Gate 6 to enter.

Buses, taxis and limos drop off at Gate 3 on NE 8th Street. Gate 3 is the main drop-off for guests with disabilities, with Elevators 1 and 2 to every seating level; Gate 4 is the second, with Elevators 3 and 4. Gate 3 is for premium and disabled guests only, and Gate 4 for VIP and disabled guests.

Road closures around the arena can slow you down on game nights, the Heat warn, so leave extra time either way.
