For couples and companies who want a bay view and room for up to 400 in one booking. It's private-event only, so there's nothing to drop into, and getting a price means a call to the events team.

The room and the marina

Five thousand square feet on the first floor of The Grand Building, looking straight at the Venetian Marina. The venue splits into indoor, outdoor and marina space, so a wedding can run ceremony, cocktail hour by the boats, then a plated dinner under the chandeliers without anyone changing buildings. Capacity is 250 for a seated dinner or 400 standing, cocktail style. That's big enough for a full wedding or a company gala, and probably too big to feel cozy for a 40-person birthday. It sits in what the venue calls Downtown's Cultural and Entertainment District, right on the bay side of Bayshore Drive.

Corporate nights

Conferences, product launches and executive meetings are the other half of the calendar here. The room has a built-in stage, projection and professional audio, which saves you renting AV and running cables across a ballroom. For a launch with a few hundred guests, the cocktail layout and the water view do a lot of the work for you. The site doesn't publish prices or package details, so expect to go through the events team for a quote. Google lists it open 9 am to 2 am every day, but treat that as event and office time, not a door you walk through for a drink.

Parking and the fine print

There's no lot of its own. The venue points guests to discounted valet at the Hilton DoubleTree Grand, plus the Marriott and Omni garages nearby, so put that on the invitation before guests start circling Bayshore. Its FAQ page covers catering, outside caterers, wedding cakes and on-site ceremonies, but the answers aren't in the public text, so ask directly before you sign anything that depends on your own caterer or baker. Reviews land at 4.5 from about 230 on Google, a solid showing for a place most reviewers saw at a single event.
