Mango's is for visitors who want a loud, fun Latin night on Ocean Drive with a show built in; the trade-off is a very touristy crowd and Ocean Drive prices.

Mango's is a restaurant and club on Ocean Drive with live salsa and Latin bands, dancers performing on the bar and a floor that fills with people trying their first salsa steps. It is loud, colorful and made for groups. It rates 4.6 from 12,527 Google reviews, one of the biggest review counts in Miami Beach, which says a lot about how many visitors come through.

When to go

It is open every day from noon to 5 am. Lunch runs from noon to 6 pm with live music. The dinner and show starts at 7:30 pm, and a salsa and bachata lesson package also starts at 7:30. The club rooms open around 10 pm to 10:30 pm and get busiest from about 11 pm to 2 am. Wednesday is ladies night.

Know before you go

Entry is free before 8 pm. After 8 pm the club cover usually runs $10 to $40 depending on the night, and ladies get in free before 11 pm. It is 21+ for the nightclub after 10 pm. The dress code is enforced after 7 pm: dress shorts and sneakers are fine, but no beachwear, flip-flops, men's tank tops or baseball hats. Valet costs $40 to $50, or $10 with a $150 spend.
