Adrienne Arsht Center: the halls, the 2026-27 season, free tours and what to know before a show
What plays at the Adrienne Arsht Center in 2026-27, how its halls differ, the free tours and Pay What You Can seats, and the house rules.
In breve
- Where: 1300 Biscayne Blvd, downtown Miami, on both sides of Biscayne Boulevard.
- Big shows: Broadway at the Ziff Ballet Opera House, 2,400 seats; concerts in the Knight Concert Hall.
- Free: 90-minute building tours, Mondays and Saturdays at noon.
- Cheapest seats: Pay What You Can shows, from $0, for select community performances.
- Arrive: Doors open 90 minutes before the show; latecomers wait for a break.
The Adrienne Arsht Center is where Miami sees touring Broadway, opera, ballet and the New World Symphony; book the show first, then the $15 lot, and arrive an hour early, because late seating waits for a break in the performance.

Who performs here
Three resident companies make the Arsht their home: Florida Grand Opera, which calls itself Florida's oldest performing arts organization; Miami City Ballet; and the New World Symphony, an orchestral academy for young musicians. Beyond Broadway, the 2026-27 calendar runs series for Jazz Roots, classical music, dance, Live at Knight concerts, Theater Up Close, Live on the Plaza and the Cleveland Orchestra Miami.
The free and cheap ways in
Free public tours run on Mondays and Saturdays at noon, last about 90 minutes and need no reservation. Meet in the lobby of the Ziff Ballet Opera House. A Spanish-language tour runs at noon on the third Saturday of each month. Wear comfortable shoes; the Arsht discourages heels and open toes. A few dates are skipped, so check the tours page before you go.
Pay What You Can tickets start at $0 for select community performances. You reserve on the event page and choose your price. Upcoming community events on that page include Journey to Día de Muertos on November 1, 2026, Sounds of Christmas: A South Florida Gospel Celebration on December 12, 2026, and Heritage Fest on February 20, 2027; confirm on each event page that it is Pay What You Can.

Concessions in the lobbies open 90 minutes before every ticketed performance and again at intermission. For a sit-down meal, Teatro Restaurant serves pre-show dinner with reservations on OpenTable, and Accent Café is in the Carnival Tower.
No outside food or drinks go into the theaters. The one exception is water in a plastic bottle bought at the Arsht.
