Dolores But You Can Call Me Lolita
A Brickell institution in a 1920s fire station, with a rooftop that doubles as the neighborhood's living room.
Checked October 2026
Dolores is the Brickell place that does everything: Mediterranean dinner downstairs, a rooftop lounge upstairs, brunch on weekends, and a two-course lunch deal that has kept it full for years.
Why you go
Because it has been a Brickell fixture since before the towers, in a converted firehouse with a courtyard and a rooftop, and it still earns the crowd. The menu is Mediterranean with Latin touches, the famous lunch is two courses at a fixed price, and the rooftop is the place to end a weeknight when you do not want a club. It works for a first date and for a table of twelve.
When to go
Lunch on a weekday for the deal. Dinner from six; the rooftop opens in the evening and stays lively past midnight on weekends. Sunday brunch is a scene.
