Resumo

  • Official seller: Ticketmaster, the Heat's official marketplace; tickets go straight to your phone.
  • Cheaper tickets: Compare face value and verified resale on Ticketmaster; pick a weeknight.
  • Plans: Mini Plan of 10 games or Half Season of 21, with early ticket access.
  • Arena: Kaseya Center, 601 Biscayne Blvd; doors open one hour before tip.
  • Bags: Smaller than 10 x 6 x 2 inches; lockers outside from $10.

Buy Heat tickets on Ticketmaster or through heat.com, where the seats are verified, and treat price as a function of the date: compare a few home games before you commit, and arrive by Metromover rather than hunting for parking.

Where to buy Heat tickets

The Heat sell single-game tickets through Ticketmaster, which the team calls its official ticket marketplace. Every home game on the team's single-game page links there, and Ticketmaster delivers the tickets to your phone as verified tickets. That matters, because at Kaseya Center you need a valid, unused ticket at the gate, and a screenshot of someone else's barcode is a bad bet.

Other resale sites list Heat games too, but those are marketplaces setting their own prices, not the team. If you buy elsewhere, you are trusting the seller.

Team ticket sales: 786-777-4667 for season and partial plans, 786-777-3865 for groups, and ticketsales@heat.com for general help.

How to pay less

The Heat do not publish a price list; prices vary by game and inventory. The practical moves are the ones you control.

Compare several dates. The same section can cost very different amounts against different opponents and on different nights, so open three or four home games side by side on Ticketmaster before buying.

Check the team's promotions page. The Heat say they run season-long deals with family packs, student discounts and theme nights, though terms and prices are not posted until an offer is live; you can sign up there for updates.

Go in a group. The team sells group tickets with possible discounted rates, through Group Sales.

Commit to more games. A Mini Plan covers 10 games and a Half Season Plan 21, both with early ticket access and a free year of NBA League Pass.

Expect demand to be higher this season. Miami acquired Giannis Antetokounmpo and Bobby Portis from Milwaukee in a summer trade that sent Tyler Herro the other way, so marquee nights will not be the cheap ones.
