Boul'Mich is the Brickell bakery to know: real croissants, baguette sandwiches, quiches and tarts, from an early breakfast to a late coffee.
Why you go
Because it bakes like a French bakery and keeps French hours. The croissants are laminated properly, the baguettes have a crust, and the savory side, quiches, sandwiches on that baguette, a few salads, makes it a lunch stop as much as a pastry one. It is open until 10 pm, which no other bakery in the neighborhood manages.
When to go
Before nine for the first bake, lunch for the sandwiches. Evenings are quiet and a good time for a tart and a coffee.
