Dolores But You Can Call Me Lolita
The Brickell standby in an old fire station, with what it calls the only rooftop dining terrace in the Financial District. Happy hour runs every day from 4 to 7 pm, with 50% off cocktails and beers.
Dinner entrées are $30 and come with a free appetizer. The bar opens at 3 pm on weekdays and 10 am on weekends.
Crazy About You
The same group's restaurant in The Mark on Brickell, by the water on Brickell Bay Drive. Happy hour is daily from 4 to 7 pm: half off all cocktails and beers and 25% off bar food.
Dinner entrées run $29.99 to $43.99 with a free appetizer, and it is open until 11 pm most nights, midnight on Friday and Saturday.
Rosa Sky
The 22nd-floor rooftop in Brickell. Happy hour runs Tuesday to Saturday from 4:30 to 7 pm and Sunday from 2 to 6 pm: specialty cocktails, liquor pours, mini-tinis and bites at $10, zero-proof cocktails at $8, draft beer at $5 and wine from $9 a glass.
Every check gets an 18% service charge and a 2% venue fee, so a $10 cocktail costs about $12 before tax.
Sexy Fish Miami
The glossy Asian restaurant across South Miami Avenue from Dolores runs happy hour Monday to Friday from 4 to 7 pm and Sunday from 5 to 7 pm, covering maki, sashimi, nigiri, tempura and cocktails.
It opens at noon on weekdays and stays open late Thursday to Saturday. The prices are on its happy hour menu, not on the main page.
