For a late Wynwood night with serious drinks and a DJ playing Afro House or vinyl. The trade-off: cocktails run $14 to $18, and on busy nights getting in depends on booking ahead.

What to drink

The barrel-aged Old Fashioneds are the house calling card. They're $18 each, and you pick the base: San Matias extra añejo tequila, 400 Conejos mezcal, La Marielita 18-year rum or Woodford Double Oak bourbon. Espresso martinis come in tequila, rum or vodka. The Nocturno Brew is the rum version, made with Flor de Caña. Mezcal fans have plenty to work with, from the Smokey Pomela with its black lava salt rim to El Beso Negro with passion fruit and egg white foam. Classics like a Pisco Sour or Paloma are $14, so ordering simple saves a few dollars. Zero-proof drinks are $12.

The soundtrack

DJs set the tone here. Nights are built around Afro House, Amapiano and vinyl-only sets, and the bar keeps a weekly events calendar on its site. It's a late room: open until 3 am on Friday and Saturday, 2 am on Thursday and 2:30 am on Sunday. Wednesday closes at midnight, the shortest night of the week. Doors open at 6 pm on weekends and later the rest of the week. It's closed Monday and Tuesday. The 4.9 from about 210 Google reviews is a small sample, but a strong one.

Food, the door and the bill

The late-night menu covers crostini, crudo, cheese and charcuterie boards, and pizza, all meant to go with the drinks rather than replace dinner. Pizzas are $14 to $16, crostini $14, boards $22 to $26 and sandwiches $16 to $23. Beer starts at $7 if you're pacing yourself. Walk-ins are welcome, but the bar steers people toward reservations on its site, and entry is always subject to capacity. Admission is typically free with an RSVP. There's no strict dress code; the bar calls it relaxed but stylish.

Reservations
